In both his coaching practice and group experiences, Adrian teaches breathwork techniques that have been scientifically and empirically proven to increase sustained attention, mood, and episodic memory while lowering stress, anxiety, and blood pressure. After a decade of immersing himself in dance, yoga, meditation, breathwork, embodied movement, and myriad wellness and self-discovery practices, Adrian brings a unique integrated perspective — recognizing the diversity of trailheads and paths to personal and professional transformation, while still teaching the most relevant techniques and modalities.
